Overview
This document describes how to create a new album for the photo gallery so that you can upload images to that area
This guide assumes you have logged into the administration panel at
Details
Access the Photo Gallery console
Click Components->Phoca Gallery->Control Panel to access the photo gallery control area
Photo Gallery Albums
Click the Categories button to access the list of Photo Albums
New Album
Click the NEW button to add a new photo album
Album Details
Enter the details of the album and click Folder to create a folder for the images to live in
Photo Album Name
Enter the name of the folder, without any spaces, and click Create folder
Select the Folder just created
Once the folder has appeared click on the small green arrow to use this folder for storing your event images
Enter the description of the event and save the album
Enter details of the event and click the save button to create the album
You now need to move to 141 - Add photographs to an album
